Our conversation shows that mentoring can be a continuous relationship. Gyri's story will inspire you to embrace the power of #community, #curiosity, and #courage to bring your whole self to work.🚀 Role modelling the message, Gyri and her peer Global Shapers co-founded #MentorUp in 2019. It is a mentorship program aimed at early-stage founders to match them with industry contacts, senior founders, and experts. The startups selected work on innovative solutions within the three SDG areas of Health, Environment, and Education. ❤️ Gyri is a climate activist, founder, and a CTO of the recently funded startup #Tanso, and passionate about using technology and innovation to tackle society's greatest challenges. She holds an MSc. in Robotics, Cognition, and Intelligence from the TUM and ETH Zurich and an honors degree from the leading entrepreneurship program Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in Munich. As an active member of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community, and with work experience from three continents, she has launched multiple initiatives to empower founders to tackle climate change, increase diversity in tech, and break the stigma around mental health.

Anastasia bringt eine ganz besondere Herangehensweise zum Thema Mentoring und hat mit 20 Jahren das Frauennetzwerk FeMentor gegründet. Nach eigenen Angaben ist das Programm für persönliche Weiterentwicklung, die sich an Frauen aus allen Lebensphasen und Branchen richtet, mittlerweile 7 Millionen Euro Wert. Das besondere dabei - es handelt sich um ein Reverse Mentoring - jüngere Frauen, stehen älteren mit Rat und Tat, insbesondere zu sozialen Medien, zur Seite. Mit sozialen Medien kennt sich Anastasia ja aus. Sie ist das ehemalige internationale TikTok Gesicht von Deutsche Welle und spricht gerne über die Rolle von Vernetzung, Gen Z, und Mentoring.

#4 Mentoring for Entrepreneurship with Judit Klein from Zollhof

In this episode I talk to Judit Klein from Zollhof. ZOLLHOF - The Tech Incubator in Nuremberg describe themselves as a family of entrepreneurs, corporate, and digital innovators in Germany. The public-private entrepreneurial center enables founders and startups from one of the biggest cities in Bavaria by providing tailored in-house services, connecting them to influential groups, and - mentors. 
My guest, Judit, the Startup Incubation Lead at Zollhof, is the head of the startup incubation program and has been responsible for all startup activities in the center since 2018 - including the Zollhof mentoring program. In our conversation she walks us step-by-step through the program development journey so far and shares critical insights in the process that can save you time and bring your efforts to the next level.
Before joining Zollhof, Judit was a Research Associate at the Entrepreneurship Research Institute of the Technical University Munich, teaching entrepreneurship courses for Bachelor, Masters and PhD students and pursuing her PhD on the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility in family firms at the institute, today known as impact. I am curious how her ongoing interest in common welfare has translated into Zollhof's mentoring program.

#3 Mentoring for Innovation with Zsanett Andresin

In this episode we discuss the application of mentoring in the field of corporate innovation. Our guest, Zsanett Andresin, has been a mentee, a mentor, and has organized a mentoring program for the Startup Program of OTP Group.
Mentoring is a well-known concept in Human Resources, mostly used for talent development and employee engagement, but it has only recently found its way into the world of innovation. My guest Zsanett is one of its early adopters for startup acceleration, especially in her role at OTP Group’s innovation hub - the OTP Lab, which she describes as a matchmaker. To quote Zsanett: “The qualities of a good mentor are the qualities of a good matchmaker.” 
OTP Group is one of the largest financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe. It operates in 10 countries and provides financial services to more than 18 million private and corporate clients in thousands of branches all over the region, and of course digitally. The financial sector has been a subject of disruption and constant innovation in the past decade so Zsanett has a lot to tell. 
At OTP Lab she has designed and established a corporate-startup cooperation program to connect startups and scaleups with the group and drive external innovation on levels. In the past 4 years she and her team have screened thousands of startups and supported more than 100 business units in finding and adopting innovation from outside. Mentoring has played a critical role in the process and we are going to discuss in detail how and why.

Mit Sophia Kuhl, Managing Director von HHL Digital Space, spreche ich heute über Mentoring für Entrepreneurship. HHL Digital Space ist ein Early-Stage Tech Inkubator, der angehende Gründer und Gründerinnen mit einem kostenlosen Programm aus Workshops, Coaching und Mentoring auf dem Weg zum eigenen Unternehmen unterstützt. Was der Unterschied dazwischen ist und was das Angebot genau beinhaltet, erfahrt ihr gleich im Interview. Es geht noch um Community, Purpose, Begeisterung, Unternehmertum - all das gehört zum Mentoring, heute auch noch von Technologie befähigt. #1 Mentoring mit Speed mit Claudia Wilke

In der neuen Staffel von Make Purpose Work, dem Podcast für eine bessere Arbeitswelt, geht es um Mentoring! Mentoring ist bekannt als effektives Instrument für Mitarbeiterbindung, -Entwicklung und -Motivation, speziell im Unternehmenskontext. Doch immer öfter bieten auch unabhängige Communities Mentoring an.
